Here is the MLS Statistics for Round Rock and Pflugerville, Texas for a 1 year span. The percentages are down but houses are still selling and the market is not as gloomy as the media projects. At least not in our area. I will continue to update this chart monthly so you can see how we are progressing in home listings and sales.
